Bloom

Canvas - Mixed Media 

Flowers have been created with alcohol inks on transparent material.  They are then cut and collaged to create a colourful collection of blooms, this piece has a resin top coat and a little acrylic work to give it some depth.  I have used a little gold alcohol ink edging on the outside of the circle of this piece.  The edging is painted in blue acrylic.  

50cm across.  

This piece is vibrant and has been created by choosing blooms from multiple pieces of alcohol ink work.  A little bit like picking your favourite flowers out in the garden.

Flower Kaleidoscope

This piece has been created using a variety of alcohol inks on transparent material, which are then cut and rearranged onto a canvas, resulting in a colourful collage style effect.  Some direct alcohol ink application has been added to enhance the light and colour of this piece.  I have used navy acrylic for the edging.  This has some resin application on the surface.

All of my pieces are one of a kind.  My pieces are delicate so they will need to be treated with care.  I do not put a hanger on the back of my work,  many of my pieces are rotational so you can decide which way around you wish to display your art.  I am happy to add a hanging piece on the back if you let me know which way up you prefer the art piece though so do let me know.

This piece is 30cm by 30cm

The canvas itself is 4-5cm depth

Beautiful bright colours have been selected to make this piece wonderfully vibrant.  It will brighten up any space.  The resin coat gives this work a beautiful shine.

Sunset Garden

One of my more signature pieces, jazzed up with some wax and sea glass.  A very delicate piece, it also has some light blue bead work throughout to add a little sparkle and shine.  This piece of work has been constructed using Alcohol inks on transparent material, which have then been collaged onto an inked canvas.  Bits of wax and sea glass have been added and finally some varnish to get the gorgeous colours to pop.

This is a stunning layered piece with lovely snippets of colour and a lot of texture.  It is one of my favourites.

A lot of work goes into constructing these pieces, starting with alcohol ink pieces being chosen specifically to add to the work with a lot of layering.

This is a piece I really love and I hope you do too.
